First Grade Supplies
Your child will be supplied with a Home to School folder. Toys may only be sent in if requested by the teacher. Please send in the following supplies with your child on the first day of school. These supplies can also be dropped off in the office the week before school starts if you prefer (in a bag labeled with your child’s name and 1st Grade). Thank you!
  • 1- backpack (elementary sized)
  • 1- pair of headphones (for iPad)
  • 1- plastic pencil box
  • 6- regular sized yellow #2 pencils (sharpened if possible)
  • 1- pink eraser
  • 1- extra large cloth book sock/cover (Amazon/Walmart)
  • 4- large glue sticks
  • 1- pair of child scissors
  • 1- clipboard
  • 2- boxes of crayons (24 count)
  • 1- box sharpened colored pencils (12 count)
  • 1- box markers, 8 count classic colors
  • 2- dry erase/Expo markers
  • 1- highlighter marker
  • 1- plastic two pocket folder (for desk)
  • 1- roll paper towels
  • 1- personal pack of tissues (8 count)
  • 1- container disinfectant wipes
  • 1- hand sanitizer (12 oz size)
  • Girls – 1 box of gallon sized baggies
  • Boys – 1 box of quart/sandwich sized baggies

Homework Supplies – You will need these supplies AT HOME for homework starting the 3rd week of school

  • Sharpened pencils
  • Composition book or paper to practice spelling words
  • Children’s books to read for reading log (or access to websites with books such as EPIC www.getepic.com or AdaptedMind www.adaptedmind.com).

Parents: Please put your child’s name on coats, sweaters, gym sweatshirts, sweatpants, hats, school bag, and lunchbox (if used).
